30-Day Return Policy
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Packaging: The item must also be in its original packaging.
Refund Process (If Applicable)
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your item.
- Approval: We will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 7 days from receipt of the returned goods for the refund to be completed.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item.
- Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
