Returns

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 7 days from the date we receive the returned goods for the refund to be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Very nice scent, refreshing and will be best to use in summertime. Large bottle also so lasts a long time.

I was impressed on how fast the kit turned up to SA. On top of that, the hand written note adds that little personal touch which makes it a world of a difference to the customer. I have using the kit for about 6 weeks now. The serum smells amazing and fresh and quite honestly, its very easy to use. Starting to notice some changes on the cheeks and I can't wait to see more progress. Quality stuff mate!
